Dave Dodds Web Development recommends Picnik.
1. Go to www.picnik.com
2. Install the Picnik extension into your browser. ie... Click on "Install Picnik into Chrome (or Firefox or Safari or Internet Explorer)
3. Navigate to the web page where you want to capture a picture.
4. Click on the Picnik extension icon.
5. Select your picture which should open in Picnik where you can edit it and save it.
